With the continued expansions of Go Transit services throughout the GTA, the possibility of greater expansion of communities and opportunities for locations that are North of Down Town Toronto, will flourish. With the expansion of transit services people will be able to venture further out to communities like Caledon, Milton, and Georgetown. With this migration, new opportunities/ventures will arise. Just imagine the possibility of  a Univeristy on Hwy 10, in Caledon.
