A 15% drop in Housing starts in Ontario for 2018 is already forecasted by provincial finance mandarins. Could there be an even steeper decline be in the offing ?
The Stringent Provincial & Federal Policy measures imposed in late March are now unquestionably reverberating thru the housing market. The question remains will Goldilocks`s porridge be just right or did the Draconian hand of government, kill the Golden Goose???
