  1. None of the increase in business revenue will end end up in my pocket. The opposite will happen. Due to increase warehouse truck traffic my commuting times will be longer and i will have to pay more for gasoline, due to increase time on roads. in additions stress levels will increase due to increased road traffic and commuting times.
    Diesel truck pollution will increase in Bolton. Diesel exhaust is suspected to be a carcinogen. This is a no win situation for almost everyone in the community.

  2. Dear Victor;
    Sadly for many CT Plant has become reality. This huge plant is just one of many such transport/warehouse selective work sites that are starting to sprout like dandelions in the spring.These transport hubs are not known for adding numerous Value -Added Jobs.
    Hopefully someday soon the City Fathers will find in their hearts to start pledging their assistance to companies and institutions that bring credible value added jobs to the community.
    Why would aspire to be the Newark(NJ) of Ontario versus being the Princeton(NJ) of Ontario, totally escapes the vestiges of common sense.
    If Mississauga, Milton & Oakville can build colleges, universities,velodromes,attract world reknown Pharmacutical companies. Why can`t we.?
    The Brampton Airport is a natural vehicile to use in attracting aeronautical schools and industries. We settle for trucking repair shops and distribution centres.
    People should regularly speak out. Before all our roads are clogged and destroyed by the thousands of heavy trucks that will be utilizing our thorough fares.
    Yes diesel is a proven carcnogenic substance, just imagine what what our air will taste like once all these additional transport hubs are approved and built.
    Something worth discussing with your friends and neighbours. please check at City Hall, you maybe perplexed by what is on the drawing board. Ciao, Good luck, Tom
