Inquiry about promised highway improvements

 Greetings;

    Hope everyone has had a pleasant summer thus far.  The weather prognosticators are talking about  3 or 4 weeks of overdue extended warm temperatures, hopefully they can put the puck in the net this time.
    Just taking a minute to inquire about those promised upgrades ? Just an FYI there were 2 accidents on Friday past at 10 & Old Base Line and another just south of Boston Mills.  How many weekly accidents does it take before something affirmative actually happens?
    The rumored death toll on Highway 10 has reportedly doubled since we last spoke (sometime last fall), south of Orangeville, North of Valleywood.  Hardly a ringing public safety endorsement.  That translates to 2 dozen deaths and counting inside 3.5 years. Wow!
   The continued speeding Blitz thru Caledon Village and the indiscriminate use of veiled radar from the Mayfield and Valleywood overpasses has not noticeably reduced this level of carnage.  There has to be a better way!
   Please stop by our local court rooms they are packed with your neighbors, friends and constituents, pleading to have their fines reduced. It would be most revealing to ascertain what they truly think about this type of profiling and police enforcement..
   Your feed-back regarding these small but likely effective infrastructure upgrades would be appreciated. Hopefully they will be installed before the  winds of November and beyond blow heavy upon our highway and intersections.  May God Speed the instillation of these promised improvements.
