Caledon`s >300 KM of networked trails are the perfect bodice for a team of arborists and landscape architects to create a dreamscape of trees.
Just Imagine what a > 100,000 trees could accomplish in the hands of a modern day Calvert Vaux or Fredrick Olmstead?
Parks such as these would surpass such esteemed recreational refuges as NYC Central park, Montreal`s Mont Royal and Brooklyn`s Prospect park, to mention but a few.
The bold planner or politician with a fair degree of temerity and vision would enrich the lives of millions for generations. All the while making Caledon one of the most beautiful towns in Canada.
May we all “Go where no man has gone before” in creating a better, safer and environmentally friendly Caledon.
